eDamage
In the event of damaged vehicles or missing vehicle parts, our eDamage tablet app for both Android and iOS can help. The ready-made form allows users to document vehicle data, damage and/or missing parts efficiently and easily. You can also take pictures and save them against the vehicle, allowing all these information to be presented in one single .pdf file which is automatically generated at the end of this process. This document can then be sent to the appropriate office for further processing.

Vehicle data
In the first section of the app, all vehicle-relevant data, such as fuel information, vehicle equipment and on-board documents, are recorded. Weather conditions when the vehicle is assessed is also recorded.
Damage recording
Damage recording is done via vector graphics, which correspond exactly to the car that is currently being assessed. Different areas of the vehicle can be tapped and a drop-down menu allows for all predefined damages to be selected and photographed.
Photo gallery
All pictures taken previously are visible in the photo gallery.
Finalize
In the last section of the app, the recorded vehicle information including damages and pictures can be checked over one more time. Finally, the damage report is signed in duplicate and a digital protocol is created. This can be sent to the customer by e-mail.
